Abstract (en)

The inner surface of the sole facing the insole, and the outer surface facing away from the insole or underside (21) have protuberances (23) and a rim enclosing the surface of the sole. The protuberances form a rectangular mesh and run across the longitudinal direction or axis in the form of discontinuous arms of the sole. At least one lengthwise ridge (27,29) on the underside of the sole, parallel with the outline of the sole, is positioned at least along the outside (25) of the sole and is spaced apart from the outline by an amount less than half the width of the sole near the heel (9). A sickle-shaped reinforcement part between the ball of the foot (11) and heel parts extends outwards from the inside of the sole.
