Abstract (en)
A powder sieving machine (1) has a housing (2) contg. a tubular sieve (9) and a transport device (15) for conveying material in the longitudinal direction through the sieve (9). The novelty is that the transport device (15) has a helical brush (22) which is arranged coaxially in the sieve (9) and which is rotated by a coupled drive (16). Pref. the brush bristles (19) consist at least partially of horse hair.

Es wird eine Siebmaschine zum Sieben von Pulvermaterial mit einem Gehäuse (1), einem im Gehäuse angeordneten Sieb (7) und einer Fördervorrichtung zum Fördern des Materials über das Sieb geschaffen. Damit auch Pulvermaterial kleiner Korngröße, insbesondere solches mit einer Korngröße von bis zu 250µ klassiert werden kann, weist die Fördervorrichtung eine im wesentlichen parallel zur Siebfläche angeordnete schraubenförmig gewickelte Bürste (12) und einen mit der Bürste (12) gekoppelten Antrieb (13, 14) zum Drehen der Bürste (12) auf. <IMAGE>
