Abstract (en)
The drawing gap is formed between the peripheries of two rollers (4,6) on parallel shafts in a common plane. The number and shape of the gaps are such that no stress is generated during formation of the flat cross-section. One roller (4) in each pair can have flanges, between which the other roller (6) protrudes part-way. The pairs of roller shafts (3,5) can be accommodated in supports (2) in a frame (1). One or more subsequent presses can also be provided, gradually converting the pipe in a flat cross-section.

Verfahren zur Herstellung von Rohrleitungen zur Bildung von Heizträgerpaneelen, ausgehend von einem Grundmaterial, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Grundmaterial eine Rohrleitung mit kreisrundem Querschnitt verwendet wird, die Rohrleitung durch mindestens einen Ziehspalt vorgeschoben wird, der durch die Umfangsfläche von zwei Walzen (4, 6) gebildet ist, die auf zueinander parallelen Wellen mit in einer gemeinsamen Ebene angeordneten Achse angeordnet sind, wobei die Anzahl der Ziehspalte und die Ziehspalte derart bemessen sind, daß der kreisförmige Querschnitt ohne Fließspannung in eine Flachform umgeformt wird. <IMAGE>
