[origin: EP0816119A1] The sheets are folded inside each other and stapled together along a line parallel with the fold lines of the sheets. The stapling line is spaced apart from the fold line of the outermost sheet or of the outermost spine-line by a minimum distance so that even the innermost sheet is stapled. Several part-products (71,73,75) each consist of a group of folded sheets and have extra single and or folded sheets (72,74) between them. At least one covering sheet, a rear sheet, a covering sheet or spine strip are added to the stack (40).
