Abstract (en)
The procedure makes an opening in one side of the container. The blood product is pressed out from the opposite side, giving a frozen ice core, with the boundary layer of the blood product on the container wall thawed out by external warming. Thus a liquid film is formed between the ice core and the container wall. The ice core is then pressed out by the production of forces on the container and on the ice core, beginning on the opposite side from the delivery opening. The warming up comes from external rinsing of the container with a heated medium like warm water or air.

Verfahren bzw. Vorrichtung zum Ausbringen eines gefrorenen Blutproduktes aus einem Behälter (3), wobei ein gefrorenen Eiskern (2) erhalten wird; zwecks Automatisierung wird die Grenzschicht des Blutproduktes an der Behälterwandung durch Erwärmen von außen angetaut und so ein Flüssigkeitsfilm zwischen dem Eiskern (2) und der Behälterwandung gebildet, und es wird im Behälter (3) einseitig eine Ausbringöffnung (26) geöffnet, wonach der Eiskern (2) mit Hilfe von Preßelementen (10) unter Aufbringen von auf den Behälter (3) und den Eiskern (2) einwirkenden Druckkräften, beginnend an der der Ausbringöffnung (25) gegenüberliegenden Seite, aus dem Behälter (3) herausgedrückt wird. <IMAGE>
