Abstract (en)
[origin: DE19716004A1] The valve (1) is attached to the vessel (2) via a collar (4) on an orifice (3) in the vessel. A seal (6) sits on the orifice rim (5). The valve has a housing (7) and a plastics, sprung elastic exhaust stack (9) with an outlet channel. The housing has a flange (10) which forms a fluid tight seal in the collar against the rim. The vessel may be plastics. The exhaust stack may have at least one cross channel (13) in its lower end enclosed by a non corroding cylinder, preferably made from an elastomer.
