Abstract (en)
The coupling has a sleeve (3) which is connected to a first end (1) of a bar, and which has an internal thread. It also has a connecting head (7), which is joined to a second end of a bar, and which has a threaded spigot (8) which can be screwed into the sleeve. An element (6,9) which can be deformed by an axial force is arranged between the spigot and the first bar end. The depth to which the spigot can be screwed in is limited by a stop surface (12) on the sleeve, or by a mark on the connecting head.

Eine Schraubkupplung für kraftübertragende Stäbe, insbesondere Bewehrungsstäbe für Stahlbetonteile oder Zugstäbe, weist eine mit einem ersten Stabende (1) verbundene Kupplungshülse (3) mit Innengewinde (5) auf. Ein mit einem zweiten Stabende (2) verbundener Anschlußkopf (7) ist mit einem Gewindezapfen (8) in die Kupplungshülse (3) eingeschraubt. Eine stirnseitige Spitze (6) des ersten Stabendes (1) und die Stirnfläche (9) des Gewindezapfens (8) werden beim Einschrauben des Gewindezapfens (8) verformt; dadurch wird eine Vorspannung der Schraubkupplung erreicht. Die Einschraubtiefe und damit die Vorspannung wird dadurch bestimmt, daß ein Bund (11) des Anschlußkopfes (7) an einer Stirnfläche (12) der Kupplungshülse (3) zur Anlage kommt. <IMAGE>
