Abstract (en)
The wheel channels in its circumference. The sifter air loaded with fine material passes through from out to inside and is expelled in the axial direction. The channels (12) are in axially different radial planes and at different angles ( alpha ) relative to the radial direction of the wheel. The channels are formed by bores in the jacket surface of the wheel and are defined by mainly axially directed blades (9,9'). The wheel consists of at least two sections and the channels in one section are directed at different angles from those in the other section.

Ein Sichtrad (20) für einen Windsichter weist an seinem Umfang Kanäle (12) auf, durch welche das Sichtrad (20) von der mit Feingut beladenen Sichtluft von außen nach innen durchströmt wird. Anschließend wird die mit Feingut beladene Sichtluft in axialer Richtung aus dem Sichtrad (20) abgeführt. Die Kanäle (12) weisen in axial unterschiedlichen radialen Ebenen unterschiedliche Winkel (α) zur radialen Richtung des Sichtrades (20) auf, wobei der Neigungswinkel (α) der Kanäle (12) nahe dem Abströmende (13) des Sichtrades größer ist als der Neigungswinkel (α) der vom Abströmende (13) entfernten Kanäle (12). Dadurch, daß die Anströmung der feingutbeladenen Sichtluft an die äußere Mündung der Kanäle (12) von der Neigung der Kanäle (12) zur radialen Richtung des Sichtrades (20) beeinflußt wird, werden durch die Kanäle (12), die in axial unterschiedlichen radialen Ebenen in unterschiedlichen Winkeln (α) zur radialen Richtung des Sichtrades (20) ausgerichtet sind, gleichmäßigere Trenneigenschaften erreicht. <IMAGE>
