The mountings for the printing cylinders (6), and the inker blocks (5) with the ink-applicator rollers (7) of the separate printers on guides in the printer frame (1) can be radially moved in relation to the counter-printing cylinder (3). The drive of the printing cylinders is produced from a central drive, preferably a central wheel (13). The printing cylinders have a separate, shared controlled drive (14,15). Between the drive cog wheel (19) and the driven shaft journal (20) of each printing roller is a parallelogram coupling (16). The counter printing cylinder has a separate drive (9-11). The ink-applicator rollers have a shared separate controlled drive (22,31,38-41) in the form of a continuous chain or toothed belt running over deflector wheels (22,24,26,28).
Abstract (de)
Eine Druckmaschine, vorzugsweise eine Flexodruckmaschine, besteht aus mindestens einem Gegendruckzylinder (3) und mehreren Druckwerken, wobei die Lagerungen der Druckzylinder (6) und die Farbwerksböcke (5) mit den Farbauftragswalzen (7) der einzelnen Druckwerke auf Führungen des Druckmaschinengestells (1) radial oder nahezu radial zu dem Gegendruckzylinder (3) verfahrbar sind. Der Antrieb der Druckzylinder (6) ist von einem zentralen Antrieb (13) abgeleitet. Um die Durchmesser der Druckzylinder (6) unabhängig von der Zahnteilung der zugehörigen Antriebszahnräder (19) wählen zu können, ist für die Druckzylinder (6) ein separater, gemeinsamer, steuerbarer Antrieb (14,15) vorgesehen. Zwischen dem Antriebszahnrad (19) und dem angetriebenen Wellenzapfen (20) jedes Druckzylinders (6) ist eine Parallelogramm-Kupplung (16) angeordnet. <IMAGE>
