Abstract (en)
A process concerns the straightening out of hose-shaped textile goods, particularly socks,stockings or fine stockings, which have an asymmetrical part. The textile item (15) is drawn onto a cylindrical form (1) which is then turned along with the item about its longitudinal axis. While turning the position of the asymmetrical part (17) for the item is detected and the form is rotated to a predetermined position corresponding to the detected position. Also claimed is the apparatus used in the process as above and including apparatus for rotating the form, the device for detection of the asymmetrical part relative to the form's angular position and a controller to drive the turning apparatus dependent on the positions of asymmetrical part and form.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Ausrichtung von im wesentlichen schlauchförmigen Textilwaren, wie Socken, Strümpfen, Feinstrümpfen oder dgl., die eine Unsymmetrie, wie eine Pendelferse, aufweisen. Erfindungsgemäß werden die Textilwaren auf eine im wesentlichen zylindrische Form aufgezogen, die Form wird mit der darauf aufgezogenen Textilware um eine Längsachse gedreht, während der Drehung werden die Lage der Unsymmetrie und die jeweilige Stellung der Form erfaßt und schließlich wird die Form entsprechend der erfaßten Lage der Unsymmetrie in eine vorbestimmte Stellung gedreht. Vorzugsweise wird gleichzeitig das Maschenbild der auf die Form aufgezogenen Textilware auf Fehler geprüft. <IMAGE>
