Abstract (en)
The fixed or movable balustrade assembly consists of vertical bars (1) and at least two horizontal rails (2). At least one of the rails is made from two members, fitted together face to face. The two members of the horizontal rails are joined together and to the vertical bars by brackets (6). Each bracket has two jaws (8, 11) which grip the rail members when a screw (14) passing through them is tightened. The jaw (11) situated between the horizontal rail and vertical bar has teeth (13,13') projecting from both sides to grip the upper surface of the rail members and the lower surface of the vertical bar.

Structure de balustrade, barrière ou analogue, comprenant un élément de remplissage (1) ou balustre et au moins deux lisses dont l'une au moins comporte deux profilés porteurs (2) s'étendant en vis-à-vis. Le balustre est raccordé à la lisse sur la face (3) des profilés qui est interne à la balustrade. La structure comporte un dispositif de solidarisation des profilés (2) comprenant au moins deux cavaliers d'ancrage (6, 7, 11) ayant des sections transversales appropriées pour prendre appui, en concordance et à cheval, sur les profilés juxtaposés en agissant en mâchoire sur ceux-ci. <IMAGE>
