[origin: WO9525779A1] Equipment for upgrading waste to produce fuel is disclosed. The fuel production device of the invention includes at least one reactor (20) provided with at least two corotating mixing screws (7), enclosed in a sealed chamber (25) and divided into as many compartments (1, 2, 3, 4, 5...) as there are processing steps, which compartments are arranged one after the other in the order of said processing steps with the mixing screws (7) extending therethrough; at least one sealed inlet (10, 21) for feeding waste (6) and additives (9) into the first compartment (1); units (11, 12, 13, 14, 15...) for creating a vacuum in each compartment of the reactor (20); and at least one heater (17) for heating the third compartment where the material is pyrolysed (3) at 200-800 DEG C.
