Abstract (en)
The support (1) for the prefabricated wall panel has a horizontal top part forming a rail (5) which receives the panel and a lower part, parallel to the rail, forming a sole plate (6) attached to the building structure or foundation. The upper and lower parts of the support are joined by a vertical wall (10) which defines a hollow volume (V1, V2) which provides a protected passage for cables or pipes. The upper and lower parts of the support are made separately with predetermined section profiles. They are joined by a third part with an I-shaped section carrying horizontal plates at each end (8, 9), which fit into the upper and lower parts to form a rigid structure.

L'invention concerne les panneaux de cloisonnement. L'élément support (1) d'un panneau de cloisonnement préfabriqué (2) comprend une partie supérieure horizontale formant un rail (5) apte à recevoir ledit panneau (2) et une partie inférieure parallèle à la précédente formant une semelle (6) destinée à coopérer avec le sol sur lequel elle est fixée et est caractérisé en ce que lesdites parties supérieure (5) et inférieure (6) sont reliées entre elles par au moins une paroi verticale (7) pour définir un volume creux destiné à constituer une gaine technique (V1,V2) pour des câbles ou tuyauteries. <IMAGE>
