Abstract (en)
The fuel to be injected is taken from a circulating conduit between a tank (1) and an injection pump (5), with a filter arranged in the forward flow conduit leading to the injection pump. The 3/2 path valve (7) is arranged in the back flow conduit and is connected via its switchable outlet (10) with the rough space of the filter (8). The switchable outlet of the valve is not closable below a predetermined temperature range. Above this temperature range, dependent upon the pressure state in the closure component the outlet is closed or can be flowed through. Within the switch temperature range it is either not closable or closed or through-flowable.

In einer Kraftstoffversorgungseinrichtung eines Einspritz-Verbrennungsmotors mit einer Kraftstoff-Vorlauf- und einer Rücklaufleitung ist als Strömungsteiler ein temperaturabhängig arbeitendes 3/2-Wegeventil in der Rücklaufleitung eingesetzt. Mit diesem Ventil kann erwärmter in den Tank rückfließender Kraftstoff zur Kraftstofferwärmung in ein in der Vorlaufleitung vorgesehenen Filter abgezweigt werden. Durch eine Ausbildung des 3/2-Wegeventils als Membranventil mit einer axial schwimmend gelagerten Membran kann dieses Ventil auch die Funktion eines Entlüftungsventils beim Befüllen des Filters mit Kraftstoff erfüllen. Das 3/2-Wegeventil kann in das Gehäuse des Filters integiert werden und dort insbesondere lotrecht oben angebracht sein. <IMAGE>
