[origin: EP0820732A2] The pivot arms are so held on holding devices under the cover that they are inclinable from a rest position in which they are inclined upwards and directed away from the operating side into a work position directed to the operating side. The housing contains a trough-shaped under shell (7) over which is a cover (8). The surface of the cover is formed by two intersecting surfaces (F1,F2), a larger surface (F1) encompassing the outer contour of the housing and a penetrating smaller surface (F2). The intersection line (S) of the two surfaces divides the smaller surface into a front lowered section (15) in relation to the larger surface and a rearward raised section (16) in relation to the larger surface.
