Abstract (en)
The roofing component (17) is formed as a U-profile with a central stay and two lateral legs. In its production, a basic construction component in the form of a semi-product with a flat fixture leg (2) is used for fitting on a roof under construction, together with a flat holding leg (3). For production of a walking grid support, a support foot for application of an adjustable pivot leg as location for a walking grid is fixed to the holding leg. For production of a safety roof hook, a snow catchment support for round timbers and a roof gutter holder, the end of the holding leg is bent to form a hook part with a radius corresponding to the required dimensions of the roofing fitting.

Bedachungselemente wie Sicherheitsdachhaken, Laufroststützen, Schneefangstützen für Schneefanggitter und Rundhölzer sowie Dachrinnenhalter werden bisher aus Flachstabmaterial vorwiegend aus Stahl und Kupfer hergestellt. Das Flachstabmeterial mit einem entsprechend den geforderten Festigkeitseigenschaften der Bedachungselemente bemessenen Vollquerschnittsprofil ist verhältnismäßig schwer und bei einer Verwendung von Edelmetallen wie Kupfer für ein Massenprodukt sehr teuer. Erfindungsgemäß werden die Bedachungselemente wie beispielsweise Schneefangstützen (17) aus offenen oder geschlossenen Hohlprofilelementen, die insbesondere als U-Profile ausgebildet sind, in Elementbauweise hergestellt. <IMAGE>
