The line branch has a housing (1) through which the cable (8) is passed with the introduction of an essentially T-shaped wiring structure. A plug connector (5) is mounted on one side of the housing. The conductors (9) of the cable are joined together via the wiring structure and the contacts (4) of the plug connector are connected to the conductors. The cable is fed into the housing on one side and are fed out on the other side.

Für einen Leitungsverzweiger zur Verzweigung eines Leiterstranges (8) wird vorgeschlagen, ein etwa T-förmiges Gehäuse (1) vorzusehen und den Leiterstrang (8) unterbrechungslos durch den oberen Querbalken (2) des Ts hindurchzuführen. An der Basis des Ts ist ein Steckanschluß (5) vorgesehen, dessen Kontakte (4) mit den Leitern (9) des Leiterstranges (8) permanent verbunden sind und über den ein Verbraucher angeschlossen werden kann. <IMAGE>
