Abstract (en)
The device has a depositing device with a locking device (30), preventing unauthorised access and containing the packet. A key associated with the recipient can unlock the depositing device (20) to extract the packet, at least while there is a packet in the depositing device. Identification can be by chip card, magnetic card, bar code or transponder. An acknowledgment device (24) performs an acknowledgment regarding the deposition of a packet, and/or automatically performs an acknowledgment regarding the opening of the deposition device to enable extraction of the packet.

Es wird eine Vorrichtung zum Übergeben einer von einem Distribuenten abgegebenen Sendung an einen Empfänger sowie eine Distributionsvorrichtung zum Übergeben einer von einem Distribuenten abgegebenen Sendung an einen vorbestimmten Empfänger einer Gruppe von mindestens 2 Empfängern beschrieben. Bei beiden Vorrichtungen ist jeweils eine Quittiereinrichtung zum Erstellen einer Quittung über das Deponieren einer Sendung in der Deponiereinrichtung und/oder zum selbstätigen Erstellung einer Quittung über das Öffnen der Deponiereinrichtung zum Entnehmen einer Sendung aus der Deponiereinrichtung vorgesehen. <IMAGE>
