Said piston is formed into a base seat in the storage container, and is tightly contacted with the flowing medium. Said piston has a little force of adhesion or has no force of adhesion, and its external periphery which is slightly greater than the inner cross-section and is made of flexible foamed material which closed meshes, so that it can be slid along the inside wall of the storage container.
