Abstract (en)
The invention relates a Water-steam mixer particularly for appliances operating with steam and incorporating or connec= ted to a steam generator. The steam from the generator is deli= vered to the appliance through an injection nozzle (13). A dif= fuser (15) is placed in line with the nozzle and connected to a fresh water tank (17) by a tap or electrovalvole (16), so that the flow of steam through the diffuser causes automatic intaKe of water from the tank to be mixed with the steam when tap or elec= trovalve (16) is open. <IMAGE>
