Abstract (en)

To bond together two blanks (1, 2) along a line, especially of fibre materials, they are positioned together over each other. One fibre layer (2) is bonded to the outer layer by directing a water jet (4) at the fibre material, to lock fibres into the other layer. The water jet (4) is moved along the required bonding line. The fibre layer is partially integrated into one of the outer layers. The outer layer has at least one layer of woven fibres within it. The fibre layer is doubled to at least one outer layer (5) of a different material, such as a foam. The fibre layer is contained within it, and the water jet is directed at the layer of other material.

L'invention a pour objet un procédé pour relier le long d'une ligne, au moins deux flans (1,2). Selon l'invention, il comporte les étapes consistant à: amener lesdits flans au contact les uns des autres; provoquer la solidarisation d'une matière fibreuse (2) à au moins un des flans extérieurs; projeter un jet d'eau (4) sur ledit flan auquel la matière fibreuse est solidarisée, de manière à amener des fibres de cette matière à s'incruster dans les autres flans; et déplacer ledit jet d'eau le long de ladite ligne. <IMAGE> <IMAGE>
