Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0822308A1] The hinge for a door or window (2) comprises a fixed support (5), connected to the frame (4), on which is mounted a spindle (6). The spindle engages in a socket (16) on a movable support (15) fixed to the door (3). The spindle, which can rotate in the fixed support, is sub-divided into two sections (20,21) one of which (20) is eccentric to the other. The socket has a bore formed by two oblong holes (18,19), extending one from the other, each receiving one of the spindle sections. The transverse sections of the oblong holes are fitted in circular sections of the spindle section. The spindle has a rotational control.
