Abstract (en)
The system is for a gear pump lubricated by the medium delivered. A housing (G) contains two or more plain bearings (L) for lubricated spindles (W). A medium (M) is brought to a predetermined temperature in a control unit (TA). The medium is fed to one or more housing sections, and to the spindles and/or bearings, and the flow through them can take place in parallel. Alternatively, the spindles and bearings can be lubricated first, after which the medium flows through the housing section.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Stabilisierung der Temperatur bei einer mit Fördergut geschmierten Zahnradpumpe, bestehend aus mindestens einem Gehäuseteil (G) mit mindestens zwei Gleitlagern (L), in denen Wellen (W) Fördermedium geschmiert gelagert sind. Ein Medium wird in einem Temperieraggregat (TA) auf einen vorbestimmten Temperaturwert eingestellt und durchströmt in der Folge einerseits den mindestens einen Gehäuseteil (G) und anderseits die Wellen (W) und/oder die Gleitlager (L) zum Zwecke der Stabilisierung der Temperatur. <IMAGE>
