Abstract (en)
The subscriber terminal connection system provides a broadband radio signal transmission channel from the network termination unit (NT) to the subscriber terminal (PC). A bidirectional narrowband channel is also provided, and is used for half-duplex transmission of control information between the terminal unit and the subscriber terminal, via the electricity supply network (L). The broadband radio channel pref. employs code division multiple access and additional encoding of the broadband signals. This may evolve using a public key which is changed periodically.

Es wird ein Teilnehmerendgeräte-Anschlußsystem mit einer das Teilnehmeranschlußnetz teilnehmerseitig abschliessenden Netzabschlußeinheit (NT) und daran angeschlossenen Endgeräten (PC) für interaktive Telekommunikationsdienste beschrieben, das zur Breitbandsignalübertragung zwischen Netzabschlußeinrichtung (NT) und Endgeräten (PC) Breitband-Funkkanäle benutzt und zur Steuerinformationsübertragung zwischen Netzabschlußeinrichtung (NT) und Endgeräten (PC) bidirektionaler Schmalband-Leitungskanal im lokalen Stromversorgungsnetz (Lichtnetz) nutzt. <IMAGE>
