Abstract (en)
The method involves heating the work fluid which has a low boiling point. The pre-heating of the work fluid, e.g. carbon dioxide, occurs in heat surfaces outside the combustion chamber (1) of an eddy layer plant. Heating to final temperature takes place in the heat surfaces of the combustion chamber of the eddy layer plant. In the combustion chamber the deposits formed on the heat surfaces are removed by the eddy layer. The pre-heating of the work fluid can occur in the convection heat surfaces (3) of the second section of the eddy layer plant and work fluid heating to final temperature can take place in the membrane walls (2) of the combustion chamber of the eddy layer plant.

Beim Verfahren zur Vermeidung von Korrosion an Heizflächen bei der Erhitzung des im Kreisprozeß einer Wärmekraftanlage eingesetzten Arbeitsfluids, welches einen niedrigen Siedepunkt besitzt, erfolgt die Vorerhitzung des Arbeitsfluids, wie zum Beispiel CO2, in Heizflächen (3,6,7) außerhalb der Brennkammer einer Wirbelschichtanlage (1) und die Erhitzung auf Endtemperatur in den Heizflächen (2) der Brennkammer einer Wirbelschichtanlage (1), wobei in der Brennkammer der Wirbelschichtanlage die auf den Heizflächen sich bildenden Beläge durch die Wirbelschicht abgescheuert werden. Die Vorerhitzung des Arbeitsfluids erfolgt insbesondere in den Konvektionsheizflächen (3) des zweiten Zuges der Wirbelschichtanlage und die Erhitzung des Arbeitsfluids auf Endtemperatur in den Membranwänden (2) der Brennkammer (1) der Wirbelschichtanlage. <IMAGE>
