Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0823752A2] The connector has a tension spring (1) bent into a tubular shape with a clamping arm and a contact arm (2,3). A current rail (busbar) (4) in contact with the spring passes through a window (5) in the clamping arm (2). The lower surface (7) of the window opening forms a clamping region for clamping a conductor (11) which is pressed against the current rail. The end region (8) of the clamping arm immediately following the lower side of the window opening is cropped.
