Abstract (en)
The cartridge pressing-out device produces tubular cartridges. It has a cartridge holder (1) and a top cover (4) able to be set on its rear end. The top cover is in the form of a pneumatic cylinder supplied by an auxiliary compressed air line connection (7). The top cover contains a pneumatically operated closing plate piston (5) to close the rear end of the holder or of the cartridge (2). The piston has a boring (9) to conduct the compressed air acting on the cartridge piston (3).

Pneumatische Kartuschenauspreßvorrichtung zum Auspressen von rohrförmigen Kartuschen (2), die am vorderen Ende ein Mundstück aufweisen und am hinteren Ende durch einen eingesetzten verschiebbaren Kartuschenkolben (3) verschlossen sind, bestehend aus einer Halterung (1) zur Aufnahme der Kartusche (2), einem auf das rückwärtige Ende der Halterung (1) aufsetzbaren und daran arretierbaren Aufsatz (4) mit einem Druckluftanschluß (8) zum Zuführen von Druckluft in das hintere Kartuschenende, wobei die Anordnung so getroffen ist, daß innerhalb der Halterung sowohl das Innere der Kartusche (2) hinterhalb des Kartuschenkolbens (3) als auch die Außenseite der Kartusche pneumatisch druckbeaufschlagt wird. <IMAGE>
