Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0824084A1] The printed sheet (2) is firstly partly raised away from the stack and is placed with the secured edge on the circulating track, using a separating device (15). A grip device (4) is controllable in the open or closed position, taking over the printed sheet from the separating device. The printed sheet is positioned between a first gripper arm (6) and a successive second gripper arm (7) from the raised position from the stack. After being secured in the transfer area it is connected with the closed gripper arrangement (4) driven in the same direction.
