[origin: EP0824177A2] The frame hinge-plate part (10) is fixed to the fixed frame, and the casement or leaf hinge plate part (20) is fixed to the leaf or casement. The two hinge plate parts have superimposed hinge parts (11,21) through holes (7,19) in which fits a pin (1). The hinge-plate (100) has an adjustment operated through the hole in the top hinge-plate part. The cover (30) placed on the upper side of the hinge part of the top hinge-plate part has a hole with closure piece. The closure piece is in the form of a flap swivelling on a hinge-axle.
