[origin: EP0824283A2] The device is to fasten the conductors and the protective sleeves of cables, and has a body 92) to accommodate the conductor (1). There is also a shell (3) in the body which has movable cable fasteners (4). On its inner periphery, the body has elements (5) to centre the conductor within the body. These elements are arranged after the arrangement region of the body for the shell, and project into the arrangement region without hindering the shell. The centring elements are spaced apart and distributed around the periphery. The cross-section of the body is circular and at least three such elements are displaced around a 180 degree arc, but preferably four elements displaced by 90 degrees.
