[origin: WO9634981A2] The present invention relates to a method for the specific coupling of the cup of the extremity 5' of a eucaryotic mRNA fragment by means of a molecule functionalized by an amine function. The present invention also relates to a method for isolating the extremity 5' of mRNA and a method for the preparation of the single strand cDNA extremity complementary of the extremity 5' of mRNA and of double strand cDNA corresponding to the extremity 5' of mRNA. The present invention also discloses a method for isolating full length cDNA corresponding to the totality of mRNA.
