Abstract (en)
As a coating material layer, two film webs(28,30) are fed continously, and their material characteristics with regard to their chemical consistency conform to the melt material(S). The melt portions(SP) embedded between the film webs are then sized with regard to their thickness, and cooled. The film webs are interconnected in such a way that they tightly envelop each melt portion, and are separated lengthways and crossways to the direction of feed so that the melt portions are isolated.

Aus dem Stand der Technik ist es bekannt, Schmelzkleberportionen auf einer Oberseite und auf einer Unterseite mit einem pulverförmigen Hüllmaterial zu beschichten und diese anschließend durch eine Heizstation zu führen. Erfindungsgemäß werden als Hüllmaterialschichten zwei Folienbahnen (28,30) kontinuierlich zugeführt, deren Materialeigenschaften bezüglich chemischer Verträglichkeit auf die Schmelze (S) abgestimmt sind, anschließend werden die zwischen den Folienbahnen eingebetteten Schmelzenportionen (SP) gekühlt und bezüglich ihrer Dicke kalibriert, die Folienbahnen (28,30) werden im Bereich ihrer Verbindungsstellen derart längs und quer zur Förderrichtung der Schmelzenportionen abgetrennt, daß die Schmelzenportionen (SP) vereinzelt werden, und die Folienbahnen werden derart miteinander verbunden, daß jede Schmelzenportion dicht umschlossen ist. Verwendung für die Konfektionierung von Schmelzklebern. <IMAGE>
