[origin: EP0825385A2] The burner regulator uses a temperature sensor (2) for detecting the boiler temperature, coupled to both a regulator element (1) and a safety element (6), which each operate a valve (4) inserted in the fuel line (5) to the burner. The regulator element controls the valve to maintain the required boiler temperature, the safety element blocking the valve to cut out the fuel feed for the burner when a maximum boiler temperature is exceeded.
