Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0825401A2] The storage space has retainers on the side for a glass plate which can be attached with parallel bead-like ridges over the door height. The retainers form the legs of a flat U-shaped frame with a U-shaped groove on the inside, into which the plate is inserted. The frame is a one-piece plastic moulding. In side view, the legs have the shape of a right-angled triangle, of which one side is parallel to the plate and another is parallel to the plane of the door. On their outsides the legs have steps running parallel to the second side of the triangle with shell- like curves which are complementary to the ridges.
