Date Nov. 21, 1996A mobile demountable flood barrier consists of individual stackable sections, the two longitudinal ends of which engage for securing purposes in a U-section arranged perpendicularly to the sections. The individual sections engage together by means of horizontal S-shape toothed projections on their upper side and lower side and thus transmit to their adjacent sections a part of the load caused by the pressure of the water which can act upon them.
