[origin: EP0826323A1] A liquid or semi-liquid product applicator has a central core (10) of elongated shape or a longitudinal axis X and has a porous structure to allow loading by internal capillary action. The core has a free end (7). The core has a flock (11) coating all around it, at least close to the free end (7), so as to assure a loading by capillary action on the outside of the applicator. Also claimed is a complete application assembly using such applicator tip.
