Abstract (en)

The correcting grinding wheel comprises a disc shaped body (1) with a central axis (A). An abrasive deposit (10) is stuck on the body peripheral surface (7). A spraying fluid supply circuit discharges onto the abrasive through several distributing holes (3) which issue from a lateral annular chamber (2). Two central drillings (4) each discharge into a central cavity (5) and into a lateral chamber. Two sealed covers (9) cover the annular chambers. The distributing holes (3) each emerge in an inclined external rib (11) into the abrasive deposit.

La meule possède son système d'alimentation en fluide d'arrosage par son propre corps (1). Elle possède des perçages centraux (4) débouchant chacun dans une chambre latérale (2) et des perçages de répartition (3) débouchant dans des rainures (11) pratiquées dans le dépôt abrasif (10), de préférence inclinées en alternance. Application aux meules de rectification en nitrure de bore cubique. <IMAGE>
