Abstract (en)
The strip winding process involves winding the strip (2) onto a drum (1) mainly or entirely by a torque applied centrally. A pressing air expulsion element (7.1, 7.3) continually presses on the surface of the paper roll (3) thus formed to press out the air. The weight of the roll being formed and of the drum is compensated by a force applied to the surface of the roll across the width of the strip during at least part of the winding process. This compensation force acts on the flat, providing most if not all of the compensation for the weight.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Aufwickeln einer Papierbahn zu einer Rolle; wobei die Bahn vorwiegend oder ausschließlich durch ein zentral eingeleitetes Drehmoment auf einen Tambour aufgewickelt wird; und wobei auf die Mantelfläche der entstehenden Rolle ständig mindestens ein sich über die Bahnbreite erstreckendes Druckelement zum Abquetschen von Luft einwirk ("Abquetschelement"). <IMAGE>
