Abstract (en)
The pallet truck chassis is formed by two sub assemblies each constituted by a lower girder (8) with a vertical beam (1) fixed to its middle. The truck also has a transmission casing (4). The two sub assemblies are connected together by a single cross member (17) which is both adjustable in width and foldable. The vertical beam of each sub-assembly supports and guides a horizontal lifting rail (12). This rail is locked by a finger (14) to a fixed cubicle. Raising of each sub-assembly is independently achieved by a crank (3) and transmission parts housed in the transmission casing and the same beam. The cross member is connected onto the vertical faces of an S shaped piece which extends the girder behind the chassis. The locking finger is mounted at the end of a locking rod (24) and engages a return spring. The finger sliding and pivoting in the rail is controlled by a lever (18).

Le châssis du gerbeur est formé de deux sous-ensembles constitués chacun d'un longeron inférieur (8), d'une poutre verticale (1) fixée sensiblement au milieu du longeron, et d'un carter de transmission (4). Les deux sous-ensembles sont reliés entre eux par une unique traverse de liaison (17) qui est réglable en largeur et repliable. La poutre verticale de chaque sous-ensemble sert de support et de guide à un rail horizontal de levage (12) verrouillable par un doigt (14) à une armoire fixe. La manoeuvre de levage de chaque sous-ensemble est assurée indépendamment par une manivelle (3) et des organes de transmission logés dans le carter et la poutre elle-même.
