[origin: EP0826856A2] The coupling device (1) for the door lock of a car has at least two elements which are arranged between the two positions of an adjusting device of the movable coupling member (6). At least one element has a recess (10) which grips a stem (7) of the coupling member. At least one of the elements has a ratchet that prevents torsional movement. At least one of the elements may be a release lever (3), that has a dependency on the control of the control handle or ones own control. Two release levers may be overlapped by recess or there may be two release levers (3,11) without recesses.
