Abstract (en)
The electric cooking oven comprises a casing (1) enclosing a cooking container (2) defined by a top panel (20), a base panel (22) and side walls (23,24). An electrical resistance (3) having a tubular sleeve is arranged in a plane within the container, and the two ends (30,31) are accessible from outside the container, each end being supported in a hole (4,5) formed in the end walls of the box (23,24). Each hole incorporates a bearing (6,6') mounted in fixed support within the end wall. This carries the tubular sleeve within which the resistance heating element is supported, and allows the element to pivot to and fro.

Ce four électrique de cuisson comprend un caisson (1) renfermant une enceinte de cuisson (2) délimitée par une paroi de fond (20), une paroi de voûte (21), une paroi de sole (22) et deux parois latérales (23,24), et une résistance électrique (3) ayant une gaine tubulaire déployée dans un plan selon un parcours sinueux et comprenant deux extrémités libres (30,31) montées chacune dans un trou (4,5) pratiqué dans chacune des deux parois latérales (23,24), la résistance étant montée pivotante autour d'un axe de basculement (XX') passant par lesdits trous. Selon l'invention, chaque trou (4,5) porte un palier (6,6') monté fixe, dans lequel est montée tourillonnante une portion de gaine de l'extrémité libre correspondante (30,31) de la résistance pour permettre le pivotement de la résistance. <IMAGE>
