[origin: EP0827728A2] The couch comprises a bed surface (1) fastened on a frame (4) which has supports (5) at the edge of the couch surface. A closed film bag (6) rests upon the bed surface with its interior (7) is accessible by a hermetically sealable opening (25). The supports support the upper wall of the film bag and are spaced from the patient's head. The supports break through a wall of the film bag under hermetic seal, inside a hollow space. An opening (12) is in connection with the interior of the film bag. The couch has a fan (8,9) which circulates air around the hollow space between the interior and the outside space. Filters (11,13) clean the air.
