Abstract (en)

An embedding material (M) used for casting models for dental work, comprises sand (A) and binder (B) which contains monoammonium phosphate (B1) and magnesium oxide (B2). The content of (B1) in (M) is at least 3.5 wt.% higher than the content of (B2). Also claimed are (i) casting model methods using (M) and (ii) the preparation of (M) by mixing (A) and (B) to form a material that can be heated to above 900 degrees C in an oven to create a mould.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einbettmasse für die Modellgußtechnik in der Dentaltechnik, bestehend aus Sand und Binder, wobei der Binder Monoammoniumphosphat (MAP) und Magnesiumoxid (MGO) enthält. Sie betrifft weiterhin eine Verwendung der Einbettmasse und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer derartigen Einbettmasse. Bei bekannten Einbettmassen für die Dentaltechnik ist eine lange Vorwärmzeit der mit der Einbettmasse erstellten Modellgußmuffel erforderlich, um die Endtemperatur zu erreichen, bei der die Modellgußmuffel gegossen werden kann. Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung wurde eine Einbettmasse geschaffen, die direkt in den auf Endtemperaturen oberhalb von 900 °C vorgewärmten Ofen gegeben werden kann, ohne daß dabei die Modellgußmuffel Schaden nimmt. Weiterhin werden ein Herstellungsverfahren und eine Verwendung der Einbettmasse beschrieben.
