Each cutting cylinder (6) of the at least one pair of cutting cylinders has at least one cutter-blade (12) and cutter-bar (13). The conveyor plane (15) extends vertically during operation. The interacting cutter cylinders (6) are integrated into the track of the separate conveyor elements (18,19) on the tracks of the first (17) and second (16) conveyor so as to grip the web of material (1) before the cutting operation performed by the cutting cylinders.

Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich im allgemeinen auf den Transport von Exemplaren in einem Falzapparat. In den Ausführungsbeispielen sind mindestens ein Paar miteinander zusammenwirkende Schneidzylinder (6) mit jeweils mindestens einem Schneidmesser (12) und einer Schneidschiene (13) vorgesehen. Eine Förderebene (15) erstreckt sich im wesentlichen in vertikaler Richtung. Der Förderebene (15) sind eine linke und eine rechte Förderanordnung (17, 16) zugeordnet. Die zusammenwirkenden Schneidzylinder (6) sind in die Pfade der Förderelemente (18, 19) der linken und der rechten Förderanordnung (17, 16) integriert und ergreifen eine Materialbahn (1), bevor sie einen Schneidvorgang durchführen. <IMAGE>
