A beam (1) for the melt spinning of chemical fibres which is formed as a gas-tight container (2) is penetrated by perpendicular tubes (3) each of which is fixed to a spinneret pot (16) enclosed from below by a spinneret plate (24). Each pot is connected to a melt feed conduit (7, 8) via a metering pump (10, 11, 12, 15). Each tube is attached to a support plate (4), which fills its cross-section and is attached to the metering pump and the pot below. The feed conduit is connected to a melt channel (8A) set in the support plate and via the pump in a pressure-tight connection to the spinneret pot. Also claimed are: (i) a process for manufacturing the above melt spinning beam; and (ii) a spinning system with two beams back-to-back about a vertical symmetrical plane with a transverse blower duct below the beams.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Spinnbalken (1) und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Spinnbalkens. Der Spinnbalken zum Schmelzespinnen von Chemiefasern ist als gasdichtes Gefäß ausgebildet, wobei das Gefäß von einer Mehrzahl senkrechter Rohre durchdrungen ist. In jedem Rohr ist ein Düsentopf (16) befestigt, der nach unten durch eine Spinndüsenplatte (24) verschlossen ist. In jedem Düsentopf ist je eine Schmelzedosierpumpe an eine Schmelzezuführleitung angeschlossen. In jedem Rohr ist in seinem mittleren Bereich eine den Querschnitt ausfüllende Tragplatte (4) befestigt. An der Tragplatte ist die Schmelzedosierpumpe befestigt. Unterhalb der Tragplatte ist der Düsentopf befestigt. Die Schmelzezuführleitung ist an einen in der Tragplatte angelegten Schmelzekanal angeschlossen. Der Schmelzekanal steht über die Schmelzedosierpumpe in druckdichter Verbindung mit dem Düsentopf. <IMAGE>
