Abstract (en)
The bottom part (15) of the threshold (10) is made of non-crush foam. It is covered on the step side partly by the upper cladding part (16), by a threshold cover (17) and by an inner surround (18). The bottom part is covered on all sides as far as the floor surface (19). The bottom part and a floor-side support part are made in one piece from non-crush foam, or alternately there is a parting plane between the bottom part and support part. The support part and bottom part incorporate at least one fixture ridge and at least one fixture groove (23).

Bodenschwelle (10), insbesondere Türschwelle, mit einem aus Kunststoff bestehenden Unterteil (15), das trittseitig zumindest zum Teil mit einem Oberteil (16) bekleidet ist. Um eine Bodenschwelle (10) mit den eingangs genannten Merkmalen so zu verbessern, daß ein Wärmetransport in Schwellenquerrichtung vollständig unterbunden wird, wird sie so ausgebildet, daß das Unterteil (15) aus trittfestem Schaum besteht, der das Oberteil (16) groß flächig unterstützt. <IMAGE>
