A joining and thermal block profile (3) interposed by slipping between aluminium profiles (1,2), used for making windows, door or french window frames has a monolithic shape, made of thermoplastic, consisting of two bars (4,5) with tenons (8) at their ends that slip into complementary slots (9) in the aluminium profiles. The bars (4,5) are joined by means (6,7) that allow a small variation in the distance between the axes of the tenons (8) of the bars on each side of the profile.

Ce système de liaison et de coupure thermique se présente sous la forme d'un profil monolithique (3) en matériau thermoplastique du genre PVC ou autre, constitué de deux barrettes (4, 5) munies à leurs extrémités de tenons (8) d'assemblage sur les profilés aluminium (1, 2). Ces barrettes (4, 5) sont reliées entre elles par au moins une paroi formant écran d'isolation et dont la forme et/ou la position permet une légère variation d'entraxe entre lesdites barrettes et/ou entre leurs tenons d'extrémités, de façon à faciliter l'enfilage desdites barrettes dans lesdits profilés aluminium et à permettre une déformation lors de l'opération d'assemblage qui peut être réalisée, par exemple, par sertissage desdits tenons dans les rainures (9) desdits profilés aluminium (1, 2). <IMAGE>
