Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0828128A1] The transport device has bars accommodating the material which run crossways to the conveyor direction of the transport device. The bars penetrate slots in the side walls of the combustion chamber and the combustion chamber itself and at both ends are supported by interconnected rail-guided retainers. The retainers are tightly arranged in the slot area, thereby sealing the slots. The retainers (9) with the bars (7) in the end area of the combustion chamber (1) are removable one after the other with greater speed to the entry area of the combustion chamber where they are connectable with the retainers in the work area (13).
