Abstract (en)
[origin: DE19612869A1] Hitherto, control arrangements existed in which the throttle flap passes into an emergency running position when the servo motor fails. To that end, an additional spring was previously required. With the control arrangement according to the invention, when the servo motor (16) fails, one spring (8) can move the throttle flap (4d) into the emergency running position between the two end positions. This is achieved by gear ratios (6a, 6b) of different values between the two spring articulations (31, 32) and an intermediate member, no additional spring being required. The control arrangement is suitable in particular for vehicles with an internal combustion engine having a choke.
