[origin: EP0829423A2] The vanes (1) are adjusted by a central control unit (8) using rods (20,51,52) forming the propeller kinematics (2). Additional devices are provided, which with the rotor blocked, effect an adjustment of the vanes in the trailing or power-off position, in which the vanes extend parallel to one another. The additional devices, when required, bring the vanes out of the trail position into the rudder position again. They (3-5) can be coupled to the vane shaft via disengageable couplings. A further coupling per vane is provided for separating the vane concerned from the propeller kinematics. A rotary motor can be coupled to a vane shaft by a disengageable coupling.
